As part of the PO WER project on the principles of ERASMUS+ titled: "Work experience the key to success"project number: 2016-1-PL01-KA102-025998 twelve teachers of the Assembly of Electronic High Schools in Rzeszów (ZSE) participated in the Job Shadowing observation at the Training Center Professional Electronics, Energy, Telecommunications and Information Technology – CINEL (Centro de Formaçao Profissional da Industria Eletronica) in Lisbon.
The internship of teachers was organized in cooperation with the intermediary institution
Casa da Educação.
Foreign internship was directed at teachers and management staff of ZSE participating in activities involving international cooperation of the School and those interested in raising their professional competences in the European dimension.
The goals of the foreign internship of teachers and management staff in Lisbon were:
- to improve professional and linguistic competences of the ZSE pedagogical staff
- to get to know the vocational education system in Portugal
- lto get to know earning methods of organization and methods of conducting training abroad
- to gain experience in conducting and observing didactic classes abroad
- to get to know vocational training programs (content, techniques, methods, teaching aids) as well as didactic and training base in a renowned vocational education center in Portugal
- to improve the quality of the education system and better adapting it to the requirements of the European labor market
- to strengthen cooperation between ZSE, CINEL and Casa da Educação.
PLACE OF STAY AND TIME OF TRAINING:
Teachers' professional training took place at the Center for Vocational Education of the Electronic Industry, Energy, Telecommunications and Informatics - CINEL (Centro de Formaçao Profissional da Industria Eletronica) in Lisbon, Portugal (Address: Rua Jau - Alto de Santo Amaro, 1300-312 Lisboa, Portugal) in the period from 29/01/2018 (Monday) to 02/02/2018 (Friday). The teachers were accommodated at the ALIF CAMPO PEQUENO, LISBON hotel from January 28 to February 4, 2018.
